09.  This happened a lot near the end of this year.  Poor thing just wanted to be where dad was but he was in isolation for 3 months recovering from a bone morrow transplant.  (September)

 10.  Miss Thing had surgery on her head this fall.  More loving.  (November)

 11. She loves sleeping in the sun in the winter months, and a train won't stop her.  (December)

Quarterly Top Five | 2012 | July-September

1.  July.  My baby girl turned 11.  (Sorry, a little blurry.)

2.  August.  We went on a car ride to KC this summer to hang out with our friends Jenny (the human) and Gracie (the dog).

3.  August.  Peacefully sleeping.

 4.  September.  Dad is home and recovering from a transplant due to fighting cancer.  Abby has to stay on the other side of the house, but is always wanting to be near him.

5.  September.  She so desperately wants to be where dad is.  So he hides.

Quarterly Top 5 | 2012 | January-March

I participated in this at the end of last year so I thought I'd join in the quarterly round ups too.  While I don't have a human baby, I do have my Abby.  She is goofy.  She knows words like 'car ride', 'baby', 'ice cube', and if she doesn't know this word yet, she will soon...'bubbles'.  All of those are her favorite things.

Most of these were taken in March.  I guess I went through a dry spell in January and February and don't have any real decent photos of Abby.

1.  Abby giving me silly faces.  She was finishing a yawn, however when she really wants something bad she will bark and her tooth will stick out like this.  (February)

2.  An iPhone photo.  I absolutely love it!  (March)

3.  A typical night.  Abby loves to be wherever people are.  She might not cuddle with you, but she has to be in the same room people are in.  (March)

5.  Abby after an afternoon playing with bubbles.  This is typical Abby.  Getting her nose in your business, wanting to know what you are doing.  Being silly and goofy.  I love her.  (March)
