Meet Moe, our sweet 20 week old English Bulldog puppy.  I love him so much already!

Week Thirty Three

August 13, 2015

Learning to dance with him is my new favorite!

01.  Morning always comes too early.
02.  Shower and summer sandal tan lines.
03.  Breakfast routine is the same every morning with this one.
04.  Finally getting a photo with my new camera.
05.  I'm on the phone quite a bit for work.

07.  Got home to find our first responses to the wedding. So excited to be finally get these!
08.  And I got a few belated wedding shower gifts.
09.  Went for a walk with Puckett.  It was well needed and I finally broke in my new shoes.
10.  Pot pie for dinner.
11.  Printing photos for my France scrapbook.
12.  Goodnight.

My matron of honor is amazing!  And I'm so excited there are 3 girls in this photo! (Can't wait to meet my niece in January!)

Week in the Life | Sunday Photos 2015

Hello Week in the Life Sunday!  I decided to do this project a week early because I am traveling next week for work and wouldn't be documenting a real down to earth week in my life in 2015.  To be honest, I'm not really a fan of doing this project on my own.  It is a big project and I like to see what Ali shares through out her week for inspiration.  Photos this time around seem very limited, but hey, I'm documenting and that's all that matters.  This project turned more into a self portrait project rather than a family week in the life.  But oh well.  It's how the week turned out.

And the un-normal continues...and oh my this was for such an awesome reason!

We drove 2.5 hours to meet these sweeties.

Meet Moe!  We didn't go know we would be bringing one home until we met them.  I'm in love.  This has been a dream of mine for about 8 years.

He did awesome on the 2.5 hour car ride back home!

When we got home we had 30 minutes to make it to the store to pick up our porch furniture.  We waited 7 weeks for it to be build and can't wait to spend more time on it and out on the front porch!  (Notice the cat photo bomb?

I laid down on the ground with Moe and he started to lick my ear.  I looked over and he was rolled over on his back with me.

Week in the Life | Saturday Photos 2015

Hello Week in the Life Saturday!  I decided to do this project a week early because I am traveling next week for work and wouldn't be documenting a real down to earth week in my life in 2015.  To be honest, I'm not really a fan of doing this project on my own.  It is a big project and I like to see what Ali shares through out her week for inspiration.  Photos this time around seem very limited, but hey, I'm documenting and that's all that matters.  This project turned more into a self portrait project rather than a family week in the life.  But oh well.  It's how the week turned out.

The un-normal continued...I woke up Saturday in a funk (from the night before).  I can't remember the last time I woke up in my own bed on a Saturday but the morning light comes in early and I was up by 7am.  So much for sleeping in.

Took a longer walk with mom this morning and it felt so good!  

Got back and had breakfast.

Then I had a hair treatment and trim.  I love having someone else do my hair :)

Then I got home and had a shopping day with my momma in KC.  First stop, lunch at Panera!

I got home and made up with D.  We got another belated wedding shower gift from his parents because his mom couldn't make it to the shower.  We were thrilled to get these!!!  Later that night we went to D's friends house for a little party.  I didn't take any photos that evening.

Week in the Life | Friday Photos 2015

Today began the so not normal every day life.  Usually on Fridays I got to work and then come home and eat dinner with Dakota and or with my parents.  And then I go over to Dakota's house for the weekend.  But not this week.  He went to a football draft that ended up getting canceled and then we had a little argument that didn't really get solved until the next evening.  And arguing is so unlike us, it doesn't happen often, but you know that famous quote from The Wedding Planner?  I'd rather fight with him than make love to anyone else.  He is the other part to my partner and I'm so thankful.

The evening sun was absolutely perfect this evening!
